Bulk Soybean Oil (Refined – Industrial Grade)

Our Bulk Crude Soybean Oil is an unrefined vegetable oil extracted from carefully selected soybeans, providing a versatile raw material for edible oil refineries, industrial processors, blenders, and international commodity traders. Naturally rich in unsaturated fatty acids, including Omega-6 (linoleic acid) and plant-based Omega-3 (ALA), it retains naturally occurring phospholipids, pigments, free fatty acids, and other minor components that are reduced or removed during refining.

Designed for large-scale industrial and wholesale applications, this product is supplied as a feedstock for further processing rather than as a ready-to-use cooking or frying oil.

  • 100% Pure Crude Soybean Oil
  • Extracted from Carefully Selected Soybeans
  • Unrefined Feedstock for Industrial Processing & Refining
  • Naturally Contains Omega-6 & Plant-Based Omega-3 (ALA)
  • Suitable for Further Degumming, Refining, Bleaching & Deodorizat
Flexible Bulk Logistics Options (Vessel / Rail / Flexitank / IBC)

Our Bulk Crude Soybean Oil is supplied to meet the raw material requirements of oil refineries, industrial processors, wholesale distributors, and international commodity traders. It provides a practical base for the production of refined soybean oil and soybean-oil-based blends, subject to appropriate processing and regulatory compliance.

Unlike refined soybean oil, crude soybean oil has not undergone a complete refining process. It retains characteristic soybean notes, a yellow-to-amber or brownish color, and naturally occurring components such as phospholipids, free fatty acids, and pigments. Its appearance and composition may vary depending on soybean variety, seed quality, extraction method, storage conditions, and whether preliminary degumming has been performed.

Conventional soybean oil is characterized by a high proportion of polyunsaturated fatty acids, primarily Omega-6 (linoleic acid), together with Omega-3 (ALA), monounsaturated fatty acids, and naturally occurring tocopherols. High-oleic soybean oil has a different fatty acid profile and should be specified separately when required.

Depending on incoming oil quality and the intended finished product, further processing may include degumming, neutralization or physical deacidification where suitable, bleaching, and deodorization. Phospholipid removal is an important consideration in soybean oil refining, and crude degummed soybean oil should be distinguished from non-degummed crude oil in purchase specifications. After appropriate refining and verification against applicable food standards, the finished oil can be used in cooking oils, suitable frying formulations, margarines, shortenings, mayonnaise, dressings, blended oils, and other food products.

To accommodate different shipment volumes and destination requirements, bulk supply can be arranged through four transportation options:

  • Bulk Vessel Shipment: Direct loading into suitable liquid-bulk tanker vessels for large-volume international maritime shipments.
  • Bulk Rail Wagon Transport: Land-based transportation using suitable food-grade tank wagons for regional and cross-border distribution.
  • Flexitank (Containerized): A food-grade flexitank installed inside a standard 20ft container for containerized liquid transport, subject to carrier approval and payload limits.
  • IBC Containers (1,000L): Intermediate bulk containers suitable for smaller industrial deliveries, processing facilities, and destinations without large bulk discharge infrastructure.

Quality assessment focuses on parameters relevant to refinery performance and intended use, including free fatty acids, moisture, insoluble impurities, peroxide value, phosphorus, color, and fatty acid profile. Agreed specifications and a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) provide the basis for shipment acceptance. GMO status, traceability, and applicable allergen documentation should be agreed separately according to buyer and destination-market requirements.

Our bulk crude soybean oil offers a flexible raw material solution for industrial refining and international vegetable oil supply chains.
